We are a hydroponic vertical farm growing living and cut herbs. We are currently in 70 grocery stores in the greater Kansas City Metropolitan area. We are planning to add additional farms and herbs. We currently grow primarily living basil, sold with the plug attached and a 2-oz clamshell of cut basil. We began growing sage this past fall. Our future plans will bring on additional herbs as our growing capacity increases.

We currently grow our herbs in two 40′ shipping containers. Our first container is a Freight Farms Greenery S. We added a second container a year ago. The second container is a Farm Box. Our farm can provide a unique opportunity to someone interested in hydroponic farming, and an apprentice can see first-hand the difference, pros, and cons between Freight Farm and Farm Box platforms.
