We use best use of sustainable practices, promoting good soil health to produce vegetables, herbs, and microgreens. One of my favorite things is making personal connections with Chefs when delivering to local restaurants.
Seasonal outdoor seeding starts in Feb-March, seed starts get planted outside beginning in May. Microgreens is a weekly planting, harvesting, deliveries with regular weekly rotation. When harvest season outside ramps up we get very busy between outside and weekly inside grows. We have been farming here for 5 years. Teaching others the importance of locally grown food is a priority at ICT Urban Greens. Knowing your farmer and where your food comes from is important. We believe in supporting local and keeping more of our dollars in our community while bringing fresh, locally grown products to everyone’s plates.
