Millsap Farms is run by Curtis and Sarah Millsap, along with a host of co-farmers, apprentices, interns, and farmhands. Located just north of Springfield, Missouri, we’ve been here 17 years, grow 2.5 acres of vegetables and cut flowers on our 25-acre farm using organic practices, with about 1/3 of that under cover, and primarily sell through our 250-member CSA and at one big farmers market a week. We are also very involved with our extended community, hosting lots of tours, educational events, and a 250+person wood-fired pizza event once a week from May to October. We love growing the biodiversity of our farm, including perennial hedgerows, cover crops, large-scale flower plantings, orchards, and lots of edges.
