Our property covers about 7 acres, 5 small high tunnels, 3 large (30×95) tunnels and about 3 acres of field crops. Kandy and I (Steve) completed the K-State Master Gardener classes back in 2001 and have been growing a little bit of everything since. We are eager to pass this knowledge on to the next generations. I believe we are among the largest fruit and vegetable producers in southwest Kansas. We sell exclusively out of our store location on the farm. We are building a certified kitchen now to process fruits and vegetables for sale as value-added products.
